Is the Odoo subscription included?

No, unless the quotation explicitly says so. Software and implementation are separate charges.

Can I request customisations?

Yes, under a separate assessment and quotation. Custom work is not part of Express.

How quickly can we go live?

The indicative period begins after payment, scope approval and delivery of prerequisites. Actual timing depends on your readiness.

Can you migrate our data?

Limited structured master-data import may be included. Historical transactions and data cleansing are scoped separately.

Do you provide training?

Yes. The specified onboarding session is included; additional sessions are optional.

What if our requirements exceed the package?

We identify the gap and quote the additional work before proceeding.

Why are packages limited by users?
